I think the colors are coming along nicely Elise! The beige color was a nice choice for the bench; it will be a lot easier to change the color themes for different seasons for sure! Excited to see how you decorate this space with the paintings and such~ ❤

I like your choices, it’s your home. I share images of my art deco home online and a few people do cross the line with their comments it put me off. Other people do step up and defend against the rudeness which is lovely. I even got asked how much my house cost.

Elise, I have been on holiday for two weeks and come back to you having finished the skylight and all the drywall and painting. I also see a new dinning area. I just love your choice of the bench seat, and the olive tree just adds a perfect balance. I love your style sense. It's all starting to come together now, and I am so happy for you! ..........Ignore the negative folks and just hide their comments or block them. It is your home, your choice and if you want to change the color or style a hundred times, it is your choice, and you are being kind enough to share it with all of us. Be Blessed!

One question is regarding that lovely big mirror !! 😅 Your view out to the garden is so gorgeous ~would you please just indulge us by putting it on the end wall to reflect it jus so we can see? Just a word of advice- pop a dish or tray under your olive tree pot or it'll eventually leave a mark on your floor. I like the bench it's got a retro feel to it, especially now it's painted and good call on the more neutral tone 👍

You gave me the courage to purchase my own home, even with everyone telling me I wouldn’t be able to do it, thank you for that & thank you for being you. 🌸

I was just thinking that a white/cream/beige tone would be nice on that bench when you said you were going to do it in beige. 😄 The advantage is that you can change it seasonally with different cushions and pillows, as well as coordinating with your table linens. It will give you many more color options over the years. I think this was a good idea.

I didn't read your last videos comments, and I don't want to give the haters any more attention they don't deserve it! People who have negative comments should just be banned period. I started watching you way back bc you're artistic taste is such a breath of fresh air. You’re so refreshing because you don't try and fit in with what others think or say is " in " or cool. You also appreciate vintage so many others are so quick to discard such beauty. If in the future, while you're reading a comment, the second it goes to the negative, stop reading immediately. There is no need to continue. Don't let them live rent free in your brain. They aren't worthy. I can't wait to see where your vision ends in this room it's a beautiful adventure 😊

the people here saying that your just upset because your not getting compliments or hearing what you want to hear are clearly missing the point. the way they projecting distasteful qualities onto people they barely know says alot about who they are and how they probably operate ! its impossible for them to understand that someone can simply feel hurt that people can be so nasty and that it's not wrapped up in a need for validation and compliments. I can tell that you are far more intelligent and mature than that. the rest of us fully understand the distinction between rudeness and constructive advice. you are simply and kind person, and kind people struggle to accept the unkindness of others. the people who say "get over it this is the internet rarara" don't have alot of heart or empathy. I recently received rude comments on my channel and as much as I couldn't give a damn what a stranger thinks about my personality, it was still a trigger for me to be reminded that people can be so rude. yes we choose to have a channel but we can also choose to lay down our expectations for civil discourse. however I'm starting to realise with these types of personalities you absolutely cannot win because they are just so deeply irrational and there main goal is to dominate and snuff out every thread of light and truth they come across in there dark, clouded existence. ahwell, pity on them!

I definitely see your vision! When the first coat went on the bench I thought it was too pale (but things look different on camera) but the 2nd coat was IT. A lovely calm space is developing; I don't care what anyone thinks, beige is a lovely colour. Such an antidote from the overwhelm of the world. 🤎

Question for you Elise! How difficult is it to be an entrepreneur in Denmark? Most people don't realize how difficult it is to run your own business, so high kudos to you! 🌸

So I have questions since you asked....would you consider painting the dining table beige too and are you going to put something under your beautiful olive tree to protect the floor from water if it over flows.Also I'm totally impressed with all the work you did plastering and painting, that was a huge job and the beige color looks great!!😊💛
